These Terms govern your use of intelasolve.com (the "Site"), operated by IntelaSolve Solutions, LLC ("IntelaSolve," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Access to the IntelaSolve platform under a customer subscription is governed separately by the applicable customer agreement.
1. Informational purpose
The Site provides general information about IntelaSolve and our services. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute regulatory, legal, clinical, quality, or professional advice. Contact us for engagement-specific guidance.
2. Web forms
When you submit a request through the Site (for example, Request a Demo, Request Early Access, the Compliance Readiness Assessment, or Contact Us), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your organization. Please do not submit personal health information (PHI), patient data, clinical study data, or highly sensitive confidential information through general Site forms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information you submit.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to breach or bypass Site security or rate limits; (b) scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or form endpoints; (c) submit malicious code or false information; (d) use the Site to send spam or unlawful content; or (e) reverse engineer any part of the Site.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the IntelaSolve™ mark — are owned by IntelaSolve or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for its intended informational use. All other rights are reserved.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelaSolve and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available under your local law.
