This Privacy Policy explains how IntelaSolve Solutions, LLC ("IntelaSolve," "we," "us," "our") handles personal data collected through our public website at intelasolve.com and its subdomains (the "Site"). This policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to the separate IntelaSolve software platform provided to customers under contract, which is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data processing addendum.
1. Who we are
IntelaSolve Solutions, LLC is the controller for personal data collected through the Site.

2. Scope
This policy covers information collected when you browse the Site, submit a form, sign up for updates, interact with embedded content, or otherwise engage with the Site. It does not cover data that our customers process inside the IntelaSolve platform, third-party sites we link to, or offline interactions outside the Site.
3. Information we collect
a. Information you submit through website forms
The Site offers the following public forms. Fields vary by form and may include your name, work email, company, job title/role, country, phone number, regulatory or product stage, funding stage, and free-text notes:
- Request a Demo — to schedule a product demonstration.
- Request Early Access — to be considered for early access to the platform.
- Compliance Readiness Assessment — to submit business and regulatory information so we can prepare an assessment for you.
- Contact Us — to send general inquiries.
The Site may also offer additional program-specific forms (for example, a Strategic Partner Application or a strategy-call booking form). We handle information submitted through those forms the same way described in this policy.
The Compliance Readiness Assessment may collect additional business and regulatory context you choose to provide, such as product type, target markets, current quality-system status, prior submissions, timelines, and blockers. Please do not submit personal health information (PHI), patient data, clinical study data, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive confidential information through any Site form.
b. Account information
A limited number of pages require sign-in for authorized staff or partners. If you create an account, we collect the credentials and profile information you provide.
c. Automatically collected information
When you visit the Site we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and technical data — IP address, user-agent, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, and referrer.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, session duration, timestamps, and interactions.
- Approximate location — derived from IP address (typically city/region).
- Analytics data — see Section 5.
- Cookie and similar-technology data — see Section 5.
- Advertising attribution data — parameters and identifiers used to measure ad campaigns and referrals.
- Security and abuse-prevention data — logs and signals used to detect fraud, abuse, or attacks.
4. How we use information
- Respond to your inquiries and requests submitted through Site forms.
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- Prepare and deliver assessments, demos, and follow-up communications you request.
- Send transactional messages related to your request.
- With appropriate consent where required, send marketing communications about IntelaSolve.
- Measure and improve site performance and content through analytics.
- Measure and, where consented, deliver advertising, including on third-party platforms.
- Prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies (including localStorage, pixels, tags, and SDKs) in the following categories:
- Strictly necessary — always active. Required for authentication, security, load balancing, and remembering form drafts so you don't lose progress.
- Analytics / performance — off by default. Used to understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- Advertising / targeting — off by default. Used to measure advertising campaigns and, where applicable, deliver advertising on other sites.
You can change your choices at any time using thelink in the footer, or on our Cookie Policy page. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of advertising/targeting cookies where technically feasible. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no consistent industry standard.
6. How we share information
We may share personal data with:
- Service providers processing data on our behalf under contract — for example, hosting, database, email delivery, customer-relationship management, form processing, error monitoring, and security providers.
- Analytics partners that help us measure and improve the Site.
- Advertising partners that help us measure and deliver advertising, where you have consented (or where consent is not required by law).
- Corporate affiliates for internal administration and to provide the Site.
- Professional advisers such as auditors, lawyers, insurers, and accountants under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities and other parties when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, some analytics and advertising activities may constitute a "sale" or "share" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," as those terms are defined under certain US state privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with similar laws). You may opt out of these activities using the control, by transmitting a Global Privacy Control signal, or by contacting us at privacy@intelasolve.com.
7. Marketing communications
Where required by law, we obtain consent before sending marketing emails. Otherwise, we may send you marketing communications about IntelaSolve based on our legitimate interest in promoting our services to interested business contacts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each marketing email or by emailing privacy@intelasolve.com.
8. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, certain marketing, and where otherwise required.
- Contract / pre-contractual steps — to respond to your requests submitted through Site forms.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Site, respond to business inquiries, and market our services to business contacts, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.
9. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, the nature of the relationship, and applicable legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or archive it using reasonable measures.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data; to withdraw consent; to opt out of "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, email privacy@intelasolve.com. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within applicable timelines. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
California and other US state residents
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the rights described in this section under applicable law, including the rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.
EEA / UK / Switzerland
You may exercise the GDPR / UK GDPR rights described above, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your national data protection authority in the EEA).
12. International transfers
IntelaSolve is based in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States or other countries, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms available under applicable law. 13. Third-party links and content
The Site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, conference pages, regulatory references, videos, or scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their privacy notices.
14. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As noted above, we also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals we know to be under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at privacy@intelasolve.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
15. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because there is no consistent industry standard, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. Where technically feasible, we treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of "sale," "sharing," and targeted advertising for that browser.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, a renewed consent request.
